Litigation: I am a skilled litigator who is not afraid to take cases to court. When dealing with litigation, I take the steps necessary to ensure that all of the proper evidence is collected at the beginning of the case so I can proceed with all of the essential information. This allows me to more effectively and aggressively argue your case in front of a judge and/or jury. I litigate in all of my areas of practice when litigation is required.

Family Law: Legal issues involving your family often take an emotional toll. By dealing with these issues as efficiently and effectively as possible, I work to minimize the additional stress and anxiety that family law cases can cause. If there are children involved, it is important that the parents focus on how their decisions affect the children and what is in their best interests. My family law practice includes handling a range of cases, such as divorce, child custody, child support, property division and alimony (spousal support), among many others.

Elder Law: As we age, it is important that we take steps to protect ourselves, our property and our assets in the event that we are unable to communicate our wishes due to incapacitation or death. Within the scope of my elder law practice, I provide clients with personalized and compassionate guidance regarding a wide variety of issues, including guardianships.
